You know, I LOVE the fact that you admit that you screw up, that you make mistakes and SHOW that you have to fix it, rather than always putting up "perfect" videos. It gives us beginners hope to one day get as good, knowing that mistakes are normal. Thank you for your honesty!!!

Oh, I think so, too, JoAnn! It was my 11year old daughter's idea, originally. We were learning to do this type of art together, and as we were digging through our craft supply cabinet in the family room, she pulled out a box of sticky-back rhinestones and suggested that we add them to a finished rock. We loved how it looked, so I went ahead a bought some Swarovski crystals the next time we went to the craft store and discovered that there were So much better. Nothing can compare with their sparkle. so, now I buy them in bulk on Amazon. Hee!

I love your color choices and mixing. What you do with the design is similar to what I have done with my stained glass work. Your color sense is magnificent especially when doing a gradient of the same hue. Your right when you say it’s not boring. It’s fun to let your imagination run wild. Its a treat to just watch it unfold and let the endorphins kick in. Thanks. PAM

Oh, I'm so glad to hear that these tutorials are helpful. I just started doing this type of art last July when my daughter and I found some really nice stones while camping. It took several months of experimentation with various tools and paints before I really felt like I was getting the results I was looking for. I had searched KZbin and Pinterest and Etsy for help, and found a few time lapse videos but I still had SO many questions. That is why I made this channel; to share what I am learning and trouble shooting some of the basic issues like materials, and patterns, ect.
