Those figures look fantastic! You explained the process very well, and I picked up up a few improvements to my own humble, and dare I say, a bit pathetic efforts. Like a lot of modellers, figures are not my strong point, and I am always looking for ways to improve. One thing I have learnt, is there are no shortcuts to a good result. I enjoyed your tutorials on the subject, and I have subscribed so that I can hopefully learn a bit more from your modelling methods. Cheers from Australia!

Its a revel 1/350 U-boat. Super simple kit and super cheap. I keep trying something with resin and screwing them up. Made about 4 so far all ruined

If you're doing it surfaced it should be fine. They really want to float. I tried making mine fully submerged and the buggers broke off the supports and floated to the surface. Its gets very messy very quickly

@@RedFiveScaleModels maybe the sub needs to be filled with some sort of mass to give it some weight, it’s just finding the right mass to use…

@@eddiegremlin you can get liquid ball stuff that would do it. I haven't tried it yet. You will still need supports if you're submerging it. Or using resin in general
