I wish your American Dream paint came in the lacquer line. Can I one-step paint a sanded wooden table in American Dream and use the lacquer clear finish for a glossy effect? Can I stencil fine gold leaf on the paint, then clear lacquer for a textured/pattern effect? I love gold against blue.

I painted my drawer sides. I had to sand it all off. The drawers would not slide into the drawer opening. So you can't aiways paint the sides.

Hi from Central Texas, was curious if your painting a vanity and you want to put a decal on the center part. Would you go ahead and put it on before waxing it so you seal it, or do you have to polyurethane over it to make sure it does not come off.

I bought the spa white it's not white at all when I tried it on a piece of wood also I bought the dark wax it's looks like antique brown like the Waverly brand the liming wax is hard to apply I got them at border land in the Rio Grande Valley Texas I'm still going to find a way to use them

We don't recommend the One Step Paint for outdoor furniture that will be consistently in the elements. There is no additives for sun protection, etc. as it is a natural paint. Stay tuned we are always creating something new!

Hi Amy, this was my first time using chalk paint and I decided to buy your paint. Bought it at Ace along with your round brush. I was disappointed that your brush bristles were falling out. Unfortunately I noticed when I was almost done with my furniture piece. Extremely disappointed 😩🤦🏻‍♀️

If you have a lot of wood tones in your home is a good idea to paint it. Is a break for too many wood tones and finished.

if you don't like painted wood, move on. I love it. if my grandchildren want the wood back there is stripper and new stain available.
