Painted my first mini for 30 odd years about 2 years ago, and then stopped again shortly after a family tragedy, but I am back painting my reaper minis and your channel is just so inspirational, and your an awesome painter too!

Wow. This just blew my mind. The techniques used in the painting of this model are genius, and very inspiring. I bet everyone loved it when this beautifully painted beast was placed on the table. I tip my hat to you my good sir, no words can describe how well this model was painted.

Haha thank you so much! You are too kind! Yeah it was actually a kind of paradox because first the players went: "OH SHIIIT!" and then someone picked up the mini and went "Oh wow" so kind of a weird moment trying to scare the players! :D

All of you videos are amazing, I have found my self in a similar spot as you. I have a bunch of Mini's that need to be painted (mostly from my DM) and I have been treating this as more of a learning adventure, experimenting everywhere I can. I wish I would have found your channel sooner. I have painted about 60 so far!

Holy crap! That's amazing! Yeah I will have a "dragon" break after all chromatic are painted but I suspect that I will eventually paint all of the metallic ones as well. The ones from Wizkids that it! :)

Dude, this series is EXACTLY what I was looking for: a fellow gamer who gets to work on painting Reaper AND Nolzur's AND Deepcuts miniatures for his d&d games. Another great video. I love this model, such a great kit especially considering it's in bones material. I like the fact that your videos aren't unnecessarily long, you add a lot of great tips to this from prepping, basing, priming and then on to painting and finishing it. All that in under 25 minutes is a great achievement. Keep up the good work.

If you want to get salava strings to go from one tooth to the other to make it look like he just opened his maw you can glue bits of invisible fishing line or use uhu glue which people use to make spider webs and after you get the line or glue in place drip uv resin on the tooth and let it run down the line or glue and then cure iv seen people also use that trick to get droplets like the one you did but stronger due to having a structure inside and people use it for water fountains
