Absolutely. I've got a normal trooper with a standard (from my resin set), he will be Perkin, Harper has the flamer or Grenade Launcher, Harris is the spotter.. and so on. 😀

Yes! I was glad they fitted together. I only had 10 of them before, so it worked out perfectly. They are a TINY bit smaller, but they don't look out of place, if anything, it gives you some variety on the size of the humans. 😀

I discovered that Reaper's washes are supposed to be thinned, but if you don't do that, they are actually great for weathering. Their Brown Wash makes a great road mud effect.

Aw thanks! 😀 think 2 would do it, with a little fiddling. There are 16 Specialists (if memory serves me correctly), and I don't imagine there will be many "normal" dudes making it into lists. If anything, you need the bodies, so you could find conversion pieces too. 😀

Heya, to avoid this Parts flipping around then removing from the sprue, get yourself a decent pair of plastic cutters (not nippers) Personally I use the GodHands SPN 120 but if you want a option thats a bit cheaper, redgrass and tamiya have some good ones as well. Those will all actually cut the plastic, instead of squeezing it apart. It was for me a real change, even being now almost 29 years inn the hobby I only discovered those last year, but its just soooo much better. Kind regards from Dublin :)

I think there are enough for 20 soldiers (I'll doubl;e check). I made 18, covering all the specialists and several normal dudes. Some took a little filing down (as the shoulder pads overhang into backpacks), but it was pretty easy.

Lets be honest here, put a new plastic dkk nest to a FW dkk model and the FW ones still look way better imo. The proportion are off on the new ones. The face mask looks weird. I'm just using ths vallejo glass varnish. I'm trying to dab, gently, with a sponge. If I push too hard, it can pull it back..
