And that little voice was a sweet addition. She (or he) must be steeped in all this art. Wanting to share in the conversation was wonderful because we need to learn to let the child within ourselves out to create.

I feel there's never an age that we are too far past starting something new. I think it is definitely manageable and budget-friendly and also a most enjoyable time to sit and relax. Let me know if you have any questions I will try to help if I can. My best advice is to make sure you have pains that are water-based acrylics so the consistency will be good for dotting💕☺️

Oh yes! I am sooo glad that you are back with us. I have missed seeing you and your designs. I understand how you feel about the Winter weather returning. I have citrus trees that I keep in the garage in the Winter and bring them out when it warms up. Unfortunately, Spring came and went! The trees had to be dragged back into the garage. But the cold temps make it necessary for me to stay in and that gives me a chance to pour some more moulds and play with mandalas a little. I am hoping that the weather here in SE Virginia gets back to Spring even though I won't have as much time to paint. Stay warm and safe. Enjoy your new orchard!

Thanks for showing how to use the silicone tools. You have a steady hand with the big center dot. I struggle with that. I am completely new to this. Thank you! I got a set that had the silicone tools and I had no idea how to use them.

Well now you know at least one way there's probably many more than I did here. I've taken lots of time to dip things in my house from screwdrivers to erasers to q-tips. I just like experimenting and seeing what they all do. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I'm glad you found it helpful

I so enjoy watching you dot. You are so calm and I like your thought process as you go. I have not tried it yet but did buy some tools. I collected a bag of round rocks from a beach in Oregon and have painted them black. Some rocks are more oblong and I wanted to dot arrows on them. Have you ever done arrow designs and could you try doing arrows? Thank you for all your lovely designs and color choices. I will be watching more of your videos.

I absolutely love your tutorials. Your positive attitude and the way you tell others to just have fun and paint really inspires me. I'm a KZbinr ( Jennifer's Sewing and Creativity ) and new to dot painting and I have used you as an example in a few of my videos because your videos and knowledge are so helpful.

I have learned so much from you! I’ll watch your videos all the way through then paint along with you another time. I love how you show how to use different tools. I’ve just recently started molding stones. I have a big collection of painted stones- not sure what to do with them....give away, put in garden....Enjoy watching you from Northern Calif.

Beautiful design! Your voice is so soothing. I appreciate your encouragement to relax and let it flow-I tend toward perfectionism, so all your tips to avoid that are so helpful.
