I watched Rachel's video where she introduced these tools and at the end she stated she was aware that the number couldn't be seen. She showed/suggested to put a bit of white paint over the number and then wipe away the excess. That puts white paint in the debased area where the number is and then you can see the numbers clearly. Thanks for the review....

And I just ordered them the other day. They are on their way to me now. One thing I didn’t like about Mark’s Mandalas was the seam on the side of the tips. Can you please tell me if these have that seam? A small smooth seam is ok, I don’t want s seam that I can feel.

Very informative video! I learned two new things from your process, putting wax paper or press and seal over your paint pallet before adding paint and the way you skip a space when placing the third row dots and then coming back to fill in. These new tools are such an improvement over the many others I have! Thank you! 🕊

I have arthritis in my hands, fingers and wrists and i was hoping these would help and it sounds like they will!! Such a cute pattern! Thanks for sharing. I, too, purchased these tools. One thing you can do to help to see the tool numbers better is to take a drop of white paint and rub over the tool number. The paint will go into the number indentation, then just wipe off the rest of it. Works great and an easy fix if you need to highlight the number again after cleaning. Hope that tip helps you up your opinion rating from 9.5 to 10. ;)

Edit: I just subbed, tried to share but social media doesn't like that I am not at my home and using my daughters interne, but I did bell, and commented as well as saved. I find your style endearing and your calm voice is sweet to the ears. I have a step sister who has your medical condition and I have a rare condition called Erythromelalgia. It sometimes feels like our bodies are a prison that has taken so much life from us. From pain to limitations, we are often at its mercy. I can do hands on healing for others but not myself. I am well versed in a litany of healing methods and being stricken by so many medical challenges it forces me to be self healing and open to helping others. However, this is all so personal for others whereas I am an over sharer because of my self worth seems rooted in having gone through so much and my belief that I haven't suffered to stay silent. Being open helps me and the goal is helping others. Thank you for sharing and thank you for the beauty you create.

Every video I've watched of dotting, people use the Deco Art paint but I'm wondering how it compares to the Craftsmart version. I have the tool set but was researching what paint to purchase. What are your thoughts?
@SusanNelsonCreations
@SusanNelsonCreations 2 жыл бұрын
I started out with Craftsmart. Super cheap and dots perfect out of the bottle. As I got better I wanted richer more opaque Colours. Loved Martha but she’s gone now :( I love the Metallics from Arteza . Deco Art dazzling metallics are amazing as you can paint with out adding anything. So I can’t say there is one I like the best and unfortunately that means I have a huge supply lol So my advice would be start with CS as it’s cheap and works great. Red label I prefer

I don’t think they do. Their is a tool conversion chart that you can use if you have a different set. They might have their tool size listed on their web page if you don’t have a chart. The good news is I will be getting the new Happy Dotting Tools that does have the mm size right on the tool. That will make tutorials so much easier for people. Wish the other companies did it that way.

I love your videos, but no matter what I do to increase the volume on my PC, you seem to be very quiet. Is there anything you could possibly do at your end to increase your volume please Susan? If not I will just have to watch the pictures! Many thanks.

REAL-TIME all the way, it is much more personal & I learn better this way, I 2 have a disability, I have MS, so real-time gives me the time I need to get my body to do what I want it to do. I don't feel stressed in real-time, & I don't make as many mistakes, when Vlogs have been speeded up it makes me feel very STRESSED, & I tend to stay away from those that do all of their tutorials in the fast pace & then I unsubscribe from them because for me it's not worth the STRESS, there isn't anything enjoyable in it for me trying to try & keep up making 1 mistake after another & then trying to correct what & where I've messed up.....& then on top of that trying to keep up..... I guess U'll need to do what most of Ur Subs want & what's best for Ur channel, just my thoughts & feelings on the matter. Thank You.......
