My wife and I are doing this exact project right now! We've only had the weekends and decided to fill our grain, so we're on week three and just about to finish our final coat. Wish I had seen this earlier for your hanger method - that's brilliant.

What grit sand paper did you use on the cabinets Great video

I believe I used 180 grit- I think either 150 or 220 should work as well.

Great to hear! I know I only used 1 gallon of primer, and it was either 1 or 2 gallons of paint.

Hey man. So I've been following your video and I'm in the home stretch. Almost done and it's coming out awesome. The SW Emerald enamel is top notch. So I want to replace my hinges too.. I want black soft close. How do I buy the right ones? Would appreciate you help thanks man

Hey, honestly my best advise is to look at your current hinges and try to match it. Sometimes there is a marking on it, for example you might see "1/2", which means it's a 1/2 inch overlay hinge. That's probably the most common type for kitchen cabinets.
