For a small detail brush, try Princeton Velvet touch round in 18/0. Works great for lashes and small blending

Ooh interesting!! I think my current smallest is the pvtr 5/0 and it’s been great for details but I’ve yet to find a brush small enough for hairs. I’ll take a look at this one!
