I've taken your pear video and I must say it came out pretty good in fact. I wish it was a flower so that I could hang it! But to the point, how did you get the grey scales and tones. I tried to do things like that but I mu-sent have the right programs for that. If you could share how to do this it would be such an added bonus so we could continue with the way you paint, But I tend to go back to the way I was taught and it is a quicker way to get to the value than the way you would want me to! Thanks for putting up some other videos on you tube. It will help me and I'm looking forward to doing some of the flowers or a birdie!! My cat just loves to sit on the window sill to watch them! Thank you

Hi! I was thinking if you could make a video about painting with two completely different colours. For example, I want to paint a green-pink hydrangea and I don't want to brown come out. What should I do to make my picture look good? Please, help me. I'm sorry if I made some mistakes, I don't speak English very well :)

I know you focus on botanicals, but I'd love to see something like this incorporated into a larger composition-- Maybe a gladiator receiving this flower from an admirer-- Or a vase of flowers on a table with a woman in the foreground; the close realism would provide amazing depth.... Albrecht Duer would be proud of your works, but to me, they lack story and emotion.... Or even gnomes and fairies flitting around the flowers (they could be evil and demonic or nice and angelic)... Maybe Tune in (reference to Timothy Leary and LSD), and then paint the flowers you see. Such great talent, but little imagination 😞

You painted a poppy; you could give it syringe leaves and have 'bumble skulls' flying around it with zombies in the background-- representing addicts and death, as a result of milk from the poppy....
