Your realistic painting is perfect. I don't think I'll paint this way one day, my 'style' is more impressionistic than 100% real. I got a Liceo Scientifico diploma and then I took a degree in foreign languages but my passions were music and drawing so I subscribed your channel just because fancy your style. Enjoying art is a precious sensation for me. Thanks from Italy! 🎨

I agree that it would be gratefully appreciated if this could be a full lesson. There are people who argue that painting in your style doesn't show that you have talent but contrary to what they say not many people paint with this quality of realism. It takes not only patience but a true knowledge and understanding nature and science to create a photo or hyper realistic painting. Nature is not something easy to replicate, it takes someone who studies and dissects it every part to due it justice, and you Michael are one of the few who have achieved this capability. Thank you so much for sharing your thought processes with us, you are most generous and kind.

Excellent model. Explaining each layer, the what's why's how's. Color can be individualist as each brain sees shades and hues differently (imagine the colorblind who'd far know better the shapes and shades accomplishing the same yet with radically different hues, some folks mono-colored as in black-n-white or greens, blues etc can produce realism too). I riveted to your leaf shaping.. I have an old spiral art paper notebook which I still fill as I hit a new species or object with a stroke diagram to refer to. Each with our own tools (especially those of me age who fright of losing our noodles). Good one SirMikey, much gratitude for sharing on KZbin for the lesser incomed and lesser hour'd to spend searching for help (liken me super busy self). You're a grand one to be sure! ❤🤠

Spring & summer, the variation of greens in the foliage of the trees and grasses is just amazing. Trying to duplicate those greens in paint can be a nightmare.

I'll have to check but do you or could you maybe do a series of videos on just teaching how to block in single objects, a sky, a tree... I have been painting for years and was never taught this. It looks to help make a painting so much more realistic. I do impressionism painting but have trouble achieving this level of detail.

Hello Michael, thank you for your detailed videos. I have rediscovered my old passion for painting. Unfortunately I don't have the skills to paint grass. I have watched some of your videos. Unfortunately I can't get it right. I would like to use some brushes Buy your shop. Unfortunately I can't process it via Pay Pal. Greetings Karsten Germany
