They’re not pairing together, it’s only giving me the option to pair one or the other

Hello @jtcarrey, If your processor and hearing aid are appearing on two separate lines, you will need to see your audiologist to get them linked together. Once that's done, you should be able to pair them both. Contacting us by phone we are available Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm MT.

My understanding is that only the CI audiologist can link the compatible ReSound hearing aid to your compatible Cochlear processor. This option is not available in the software used by hearing aid audiologists.
