@@darienchandler5136 I actually figured it out! • go to add a new phone •click NO • Scroll down all the way to clear device • once cleared, go to add a phone •click yes •it will give the name of your iPhone •it will ask for a password, it should be 0000 Then I think you'll connect!

Makes no sense. When I go to phone and connect. My old phone shows up and there is no prompt for connecting a new phone. Been trying for hours. Can anyone help?

I had the same problem. Refer to page 12 of the Technology Reference Guide that comes along with the Owners Manual. More specifically, the lower half of Page 12. The solution is there to add a new phone when there's already a another paired phone.

Can you only have so many phones paired? Mine asks me if I want to connect a phone from the listed phones. None of them are mine. Can you delete these ohones?

Is it that the Bluetooth system cannot connect to more than a phone at a time? I can’t seem to pair up my phone with the Bluetooth system since my brother’s is already paired. How do I add my phone’s Bluetooth device? The Bluetooth system is not even visible on my Bluetooth app.

I'm visiting my parents and tried to hook up my phone to their 2014 crv and it didn't even give me the *option* of adding new phone, unlike my 2016 hrv

@@EdwardYourHondaManTomilloso I have a honda 2014 CR-V. My Iphone 5S worked perfectly - phone and text. I've just upgraded to an XR, and the phone works, but not the text. That area is greyed out. Ideas?

Mine will not allow me to pair it just asks for IPhone 1 2 or 3. Nothing for Samsung galaxy

What about when someone else has already paired their phone and you need to delete it? How do you delete it? It has a limited number of spaces and the previous owners took up all the spaco

I have the same problem too I'm wondering if there's only two slots available cuz I didn't get any options to add phones only pair to the old phones that are in this car. does anyone know if the maximum number of phones is only two? I've had Mazdas and Toyotas and they're usually up to six phones that can carry
