This is my favorite way to cook fish. Caught my first limit of bullfrogs last night too, and I'm going to use this method for my first batch of frogs too.

I bought some great frogs legs on Amazon. It had been years since I had them and they’re very mild like chicken and they take seasoning well. I like to pan sauté them in olive oil and butter and finish them with chopped garlic and parsley known as persillade.

I’ve ate frog my whole life, after catch n clean? Ya gotta either salt them in a brown for half hour or soak them in salt water. . The legs will move , toggle, kick and such. . Never cook em in a skillet unless they’ve been salted and stopped moving. . It is only a chemical reaction. If you don’t salt them and let them Stan awhile ? they will kick hot grease on you.

I just bought frog legs because my 6 yr old wants to try them. Never made nor had them before. In another recipe it said to soak in milk to remove impurities. Yours is a salt solution. Does it matter what kind of salt and how much salt in the water?
