Just tried it. Used 3 mins on both sides and over cooked it. I didn't have a thermometer and it's kind of hard to touch while cooking. Will try 2 mins next time. Taste great though.

Any particular reason to use whole cloves of garlic and not minced garlic?? The garlic u use are they crushed or anything or the skin just taken off?
@Boxxboxx19744 жыл бұрын
If you use crushed garlic it will burn faster and give a bitter taste to the steak. It's better to use whole cloves or slightly smashed so the garlic will slowly release its flavors into the butter.

@type2trinies3 жыл бұрын
I doh care what them say about only salt and pepper . Trinies will season the meat with green seasoning fully and then cook it. It's all about how you cook it . Seasoned meat always give a much better taste people don't be fooled

This needs alot of work 😞. Sad meat selection. Guga food will help you out..
@jonathansinanan43834 жыл бұрын
This is a simple ribeye steak, their channel isn’t a “steak channel” and I do not think it would be feasible that they purchase a steak for $1000 dollars per pound when absolutely no one in Trinidad will be going to buy that steak. They used a steak that can be purchased locally and everyone can have access to and most importantly supporting local business. The key takeaway is the technique of cooking a steak.
@elmatador18524 жыл бұрын
@@jonathansinanan4383 it's called constructive criticism!! Stop giving out participation trophy just because. Now I understand cooking within your environment and local product. "So elaborate this during the video" understand your audience."the world" their is plenty of room for growth.
@jonathansinanan43834 жыл бұрын
EL Matador what?!!?same was elaborated throughout the video...I don’t see your criticizing constructive...Maybe advise on a better meat selection since ur issue is on same. On another note do you know anywhere locally where I can get greater quality steaks as I was going to visit khans..which I still will since the ones I get atm are needle tenderized.

Steak should have blood. Black people love to eat well done but it shouldn't be eaten that way.
