Currently, I’m in 7th grade and PLANNING on becoming an emergency room nurse, or surgical nurse, but I wanted to comment to say thank you. Quarantine has let my brain forget how to listen, so listening to something I’m interested in while learning is great. I don’t even have do focus on this right now, but even this applies to school now haha. Thank you, and I’m proud to say I’m saving this video so I don’t “fail” my schooling. This is role model type stuff.

What if the instructor just reads. Like there is no teaching anywhere and then whatever is read and I take notes on, aren’t even on the test.
@NursingSOS5 жыл бұрын
That can be tricky, the best suggestion would be to focus and fully understand the main concepts that are reviewed in lecture. If you are still having trouble figuring out what you should be focusing on to study it would probably be beneficial to meet with your instructor to review and ask any questions you may have!! Hope this helps, Camillia Livingston! :)

I like respiratory care but there is a lot of math. Like really, a lot of math! Nursing has math but not like respiratory care.

Rachel Henderson and Simone Wade this brings in a little more of a challenge to nursing school. But don't worry friends, you are so CAPABLE!!! 😊 You'll want to watch this video where we walk you through what to do when your instructor doesn't teach: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZfcp2WQdpWCsKs It will seriously be so helpful! :) Try not to focus on what seems to be unfair, and instead focus on what you can control. There is a bigger picture here, and shifting your mindset away from how unfair it is, to "how can I grow from this experience to be a better nurse that God created only me to be." This can feel challenging and defeating, but don't let your mind wander into that negative self-doubt cycle. You are going to do great, friends! We are here to support you!
