Why doesn’t that part go under R? I get really confused about what part exactly does the patho consist of 😕

Alexandra Eukers great question!!! So the D is simply the definition, so the overall what a heart attack or MI is a clot or build up of plaque is the general overview of what causes it. The R is the in depth patho, so what is caused by this build up of plaque or clot, and that is ischemia or necrosis. Hope that helps to clarify it for you a little more! Have a fantastic day! :)
