Everybody tells the German language learners, how hard the TestDaF exam is, which actually is not the case! Here I will tell you, how you can clear TestDaF in 5 months with 17 points and 2 months with 13 points.
TestDaF, the Abkürzung of Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache is a test that the Masters Aspirants take in order to show their language proficiency. It enjoys a special reputation of being acknowledged worldwide and if you get a 4 in every module of it, there is almost no University in Germany who will deny you the admission!
Like I have been saying, since my first video, that learning German will pay off. It will be a great addition to your skills and opens for you the Job market not only in Switzerland, Germany and Austria, but almost the whole world because of the strong German economy and their encouragement to young start ups, which develop a brand of their own and start employing other people to work for them.
Please Like, Share and Subscribe and click on that tiny bell, right next to the Subscribe button, so that whenever I upload a video, you get a notification about it.

German B2 books:

2. Ziel B2 Band 2: amzn.to/2ktOHzF
Please also check if the Kursbuch also has an audio CD with it. We had the problem that after receiving the books, we found out that it only has CD for the Arbeitsbuch.

May I ask why did you choose to study using a B2 Kursbuch instead of C1? Which were the advantages? Thanks! :)
@BharatinGermany
@BharatinGermany 7 жыл бұрын
Hi Andrea! That's a very intelligent question. My reason for studying B2 Arbeitsbuch (Like I said in the video, I never actually did the Kursbuch) was that I knew I couldn't attain the level of C1 so fast. ( I started learning for TestDaF in February end and my TestDaF exam was on 22nd April) That's why I decided to get really good in B2 and till the 2nd attempt of TestDaF, I would be able to achieve C1 with more practice. After the B2 level, the only difference that comes into your language learning process is how much you practice and how much vocabulary you know. Most of the Grammar is already covered till the B1 part and the B2 covers the remaining important ones. So, the main advantage for me at that situation was the ability to cover more topics with lower difficulty and then being able to pass the exam. I did A1, A2, B1 and then B2 only with the help of books and websites which were free. To get to C1 and to pass the TestDaF, I used the Cornelsen Pruefungstraining and Deutsche Welle website, which fortunately, were more than enough in the end! :)

My institute will teach us Aspekte in the following semester but I want to know, if Ziel is better, try to study myself. I started learning German even before I had heard anything about GRE, TOEFL,IELTS or any such exam and it wasn't even taught in my school. Reason was I had a passion for learning various languages and become a polyglot. I picked up German as my first language and learned thru internet for free and bought few books too . At this point in my life , I have completed my b.tech in electrical and looking for courses in Germany. I think this is gonna come handy now . Everyone told me I was wasting my time learning a new language for no reason (except my parents) . I am gonna prepare to see some nose bleeds now 😁. I can directly go for Testdaf now right? Or do still need to clear B1, B2

Great content Bharat. Your other videos are nice too. My advise is to change the background music because it's used by many or to remove it completely. Now my main questions are what's the difference in levels between A1, A2, B1, B2 and test daf? When you say 2 months do you mean from zero German I.e, level A1 to testdaf in 2 months? Finally, are you saying that DW website is sufficient to clear A1 to B2 Last question sorry, can someone opt in and take B1 straight without paying for A1 and A2

karan purohit Karan, like I said, I had my own reasons to learn the language. I definitely faced problems when I went to the university but for that I took lesser courses, so that I can be a bit comfortable with the studies and the language. You are right about the English part too. Unfortunately, they don't encourage it in India, but I made mine better with the TV series, presentations and music and I did the same for German too. :) But yes, you can attend lecture write exams and everything but it definitely will be difficult but you shouldn't stop because of it. When you are in that situation, just keep pushing!

Hey Jehanzaib! I would actually suggest to do your Bachelors here, because what I personally feel is that, there is a sudden change from the level of Bachelors to Masters in Germany. In India, the education system till the school is great but I don't like it that much in the Universities. If you ever wrote AIEEE or JEE, then, your maths will be way better than what the students here learn even in their Bachelors. If possible, you should come here for your Bachelors. I unfortunately, can't advice you on that, because I didn't experience that procedure myself either. And thanks a lot for your encouraging words! :)

Woah! :D That's cool! Management is not bad. Especially in Germany which has actually got me thinking too, if I want to change my stream or not, because Structural Engineering is really interesting, but the money after the studies is really bad. I believe that you should really try every opportunity that you have because you get too old. :D

I want to do MS in Germany. I was planning to complete upto my B2 level before going to Germany. I have completed A1 level. Do you think I should directly apply for testdaf and skipping all the intermediate levels ( A2 B1 B2) I will like to do that too, if it is feasible. it will also save me a lots of money too.
