@@cynthial7 The interview was insane, there was about 50 people being interviewed all together. We did a few activities and then had group interviews. Once that was done they sent half the people home and we went into more personal interviews. After that they asked me for a urine sample and I had to do a few other things. Once they asked me for my urine I knew I had it!! I got the job and I’ll be starting training the beginning of the year💜 the interviewing process was actually kinda fun!! Just make sure you answer the question with the STAR method. I made great friends at the interview and they were amazing but they didn’t stick to the STAR method and they were sent home.

👠 oh plz, stop "over thinking"' this job /being a FA ! If it's meant to be, it will be! I was an international/main line FA for 12yrs. I resigned to go back to school to get my Masters! FA was never my "dream job", I applied and went through the process, but actually I was just "going through the motions"😊. I needed rent & food, so I did what I had to do. I've always loved aviation & aircrafts, so working the job became easy for me. I enjoyed it , but I wouldn't do it again! Moral of the story is - being a FA is hard work, low pay (unless you have seniority), and stressful, so don't beat yourself up if you don't get the job - there's something out there so much better, that's waiting for you - I promise 🌸!

That hasn’t really been my experience. It has the difficulties, but I definitely wouldn’t say that the job is hard. And my airline pays pretty well.

But they used an old virtual interview system and it broke while I was recording my answers bc it had some glitch. I didn't get the job. I never get past that part. Lol They say the interviewers are very picky.

I have a virtual job try out but I’m currently watching videos to know what to expect I’ve applied to delta twice and this is the furthest I’ve gotten so I’m a bit confident and excited but I tend to get tongue tide😩or my words don’t come out how I want them to they come out Loud and wrong and when I don’t know how to answer a question I get nervous and say anything I’m currently working on that.
