Hi it depends on your employer if they will promote you. You can be promoted as en or staff nurse, as long as you are licensed nurse in your home country but still depending on your employer. If you got chance to come here as enrolled nurse or staff nurse take it. Don't come here as nursing aide well that's I can suggest, but if you really want to work first as nursing aide it's ok also, but don't think that you'll get promoted fast. Your employer will base on your performance, etc. Hope this will help.

Hi it depends, if for enrolled nurse usually it will take times cos, your school and nursing council in your home country need to submit documents to snb. But for enrolled nurse to staff nurse will be fast. Usually you will received an email that snb received your application.

Are you currently working here in Singapore as nursing aide?.. If your employer ask you to sit exam for enrolled nurse then that's a good news, promotion will still depends on your performance and length of service. Regarding your question how long it will take to process. according to my indian friends it depends on your school and council how fast they will submit your documents to Singapore nursing board. So if your documents is incomplete then the longer waiting time for you.

Meron po ako ka work na galing uae pero iba po race. Yes ayun din ang pag ka rinig ko but not really sure if totoo tLaga. Need po kase maka provide ng work certificate ksma po kase yun sa requirements ng nursing board dto. Pero if gsto nio po try go lng po. But i would suggest registered nurse position po kunin nio. And btw mag based pa yan sila how many yrs exp. At which hospital kau nag work.

Mm thanks for watching. I think 2-3 years over working in tertiary hospital would be better. And I suggest better get the rn position, rather than enrolled nurse, unless you really don't have a choice. Because if you will work as an enrolled nurse here, then u need to wait for promotion before u can sit exam for registered nurse. And the promotion is not an instant thing. It depends on your performance, company and manager. I hope this message answered your queries.thanks again
