You have to find way how to reach your email, or you have to remember your password. There is no other way.

If you dont have very important data in your pc, notebook, try hard reset. If yes, try I forgot my password and send other on your second email. I am not pro. If you want deeper help with your problem, tell me about it. What do you need to do and what manufacturer made your notebook. I ll try to help you.
