Hi Precious, yes, shein delivers to your doorstep and it takes about 2-3 weeks most times I've ordered. Just make sure you put your correct address and postcode(you can google that to confirm)

Actually, it works. I created mine two days ago. They're currently doing site maintenance and upgrade, so some features are down. I couldn't add a card or bank after I created mine, but they soon resolved it. Currently, I can't add cash using card transaction, I can only do bank transfer into my Chipper account
