I've really been enjoying your videos lately, after a long time of not watching them. I like that there are these kinds of videos and not just regular build guides or season start ones. I'm still really early on in my season, haven't played since Sunday so have tons to do. But I was lucky with both my weapons (Got an ancient one of the second right when I had to stop playing) so I am not even sure if I want to use my first two primals on crafting one.

Not sure if anyone realizes this but the explosions from gem of anguish deal poison dmg and will build up the ten stacks for the gem without the need for a poison dmg roll on the weapon. Important note though, this is only helpful during speed runs as if you are pushing you won’t be killing things fast enough to maintain max stacks all the time.

Tip if you didn’t know in regards the gem - if you hold shift while comparing it’ll remove any gem stats etc for a true 1 to 1 value

I was so glad when I accidentally found that out years ago. For gems it is ok if you don't mind the effort but with augments it is needed. Don't even know why I pressed shift while my inventory was open.

@@FilthyCasual96 I believe Maxroll's guide still suggests doing it that way, but that it is also for the splody on death one and not the other one. But that might be something about the original Season 25 PTR way of how it worked which was changed, and I would rather bet on your knowledge on it being correct than mine

I like to go for a push in the first couple of days of putting a build together to just see where it's at at the start of season. Nice amount of competition at that point too. Ill dial it back after that and optimize and then push until I die (HC). Something to note, there is good build diversity on the top 10 LB rankings for the first time in a long time, at least on the two classes Im playing on SSFHC...

And boy is it overwhelming ... The game is throwing so much loot at my face that im changing build every 45 minutes... So im struggling a bit to enjoy the game . How are you enjoying Diablo 3?

Someone had a 149 on PTR so I think it's possible. The mechanics kind of fall apart a little higher up - if you can't kill stuff you can't reset the horse. But, I think it will be possible with enough gons to kills enough small little enemies to spwan ring of fire from your soul shard and try and do it that way.

Thanks Filthy! I always find that I kinda run out patience around 1700 paragons, except the Altar season with the Meteor Wizard. Who knows though? Maybe this FotH Crusader I'll farm the heck outta it. I couldn't believe I hit a 50 second GR90, it's absolutely ridiculous.

Gotten a primal Demons Demise and it came out almost perfectly. I rolled the damage to poison... Only to salvage it a day later for the altar 😅

Filthy - thanks for tips. Playing a DH. Do you recommend reforging with Cube Set pieces that only drop and can’t be crafted to try and get an ancient one or better hoping for an ancient to drop?

I'd reforge the hard to find pieces eg belts, rings, offhand and maybe some that are difficult to drop with good stats eg gloves. Other than that be patient, re-rolling pants as an example isn't a great use of your materials

Too many times I see builds attempting all ancient at any cost using horribly rolled jewelry which would be way better off using correctly rolled non-ancient pieces. Very good point on that and I use the covert set item "hack" for quad gloves all the time 👍

I played the game like twice before. Well I played the story twice before on 2 different classes. Made a seasonal character a few weeks ago, got max level and started doing stuff in adventure mode but I have no idea how to gear besides just clearing the dungeons bosses and getting drops on torment 2 or 3 difficulty. What do I do from here? What is Kannai cube? I'm having fun but I feel like I'm stuck rn in getting more gear.

The biggest pain I’ve had is trying to get a Norvald’s Flail with Str, DMG, CDR on it so I can reroll the damage type to poison. I think I’ve used ashes to make 8 or 9 primal Norvald’s flails now, and every damn one gets life per wrath spent 🤬

in Party of 4 players, for both CRUSADER to benefit from 50% poison damage from ANGUISH GEM (1 crus have ANGUISH and secon have R. Of PAIN gem), the Crusader who uses REMNANT OF PAIN must also have poison damage on the weapon?

I still don't understand where or how to get set pieces, just make them with blood shards at the artesian? Of that's the best way to get my set pieces then I have been very unlucky because my blood shards are not giving me anything good. I am lvl 70 (paragon lvl 125) and my power is 420k, defense 14.5k, and regen is 800k ... I can't even complete 1 greater rift unless I crawl through it .. maybe that's normal idk but it doesn't seem like it, I feel like I'm missing alot or not progressing my end game stuff like I should be so idk where to start.. my wife and I were grinding bounties at end game, and now we did a few nephalim rifts. But our gear isn't what I feel it should be

I agree but don't forget D4 is is too young. Remember D3 auction hause days. D4 deserves a big amount of chance to develop more. D4 should not be Lost Ark or PoE. Diablo is a leader, ruler of this genre. Instead of trying to find new and risky mechanics (like introduced the ones in D4S3), Diablo must focus on the things that makes herself "Diablo". For example, in S4, all classes should have at least 1 or 2 green sets. And every 2 seasons new set(s) can be introduced while others scrutinized in time. Long live DIABLO

they're going to rotate old seasonal themes for new seasons. If that's not your cup of tea, sure, but it's not like upcoming seasons will have Vision and Altar only.

If you want to play D3 with QoL (Altar = Pet Salvage items...) you have to play Seasons. But if you done with D3 anyway, why comment here?
