I had a BMX Dyno bike when I was 14.. i tried for ages to do this in my driveway and could never get past 2 pedals and the front would fall down or one pedal more and the back of the bike would pull out from under me.. Im 35 now and still wanna learn it lol.. keep practicing kids. You wont regret knowing how to do something when your older

Tip: if you bike is too heavy than try standing up while lifting up the bike and then when pedaling balance ur way back down to sit on your seat

Thanks for the wheelie tutorial. i have been learning for 3 weeks. It's getting better and better. At times able to get the sweet spot but still couldn't wheelie for long distance. Hopefully , another one week of trying will enable me to master wheelie. :-)

top man yeah but that’s not just because of weight there’s multiple different factors that can come into play for example if your bars are smaller it’ll make it harder to lift it, if they run a free coaster u won’t have pedal pressure which will make it harder aswell and it can depend on your sprocket size aswell. Unless you’re too weak to lift your bike off the air without sitting on it then there’s no reason u shouldn’t be able to wheelie you just have to put more effort into it aswell as work on your technique

It could be that your bike is too heavy or your not leaning far back enough if you haven't already try starting to wheelie standing up then sit back down once you found your balance point
