How to Perform a FULL Body Mobility Routine [Upper+Lower+Spine]

Full Upper Body Mobility Routine
Follow along with me, share it with a friend who wants an upper body mobility routine, or perform it several times a week while you're needing a home workout.
The idea is simple: there's 4 separate clusters of movements.
-Movement Prep/warm up
-Exercise group A
-Exercise group B
-Exercise group C
For the movement prep, try to go through without taking a break.
For A/B/C, rest when you need to. Each cluster of (three to four) exercises will be performed in a circuit manner, with a one minute rest break after all three are done.
Minimal equipment required, although a yoga mat/light weights/and a resistance band are useful.
This routine focuses on the whole upper body, with some abdominal work peppered in.
Save it for later and try it later in the week, see if you can do better than you did the first time! I'd recommend writing it down, just copy this and write some notes:

Hi Nick, I am very grateful for your tutorials. We do your routine every day and we feel great. I’m 42, I’m a cyborg, hehe, I wear a prosthesis to L5S1. And since I do this routine I feel so much better. Thank you master.

I’m really loving these videos!! I wanna come out of quarantine w less impingements/more mobility in my hips, ankles and shoulder!! And more flexibility in my lower body to avoid lower back pain. Thank you so much!!

@@smitamurthy5348 Several options. Using a small dumbbell, putting towels under your palm/thumb to build it up, or yoga blocks work well.
