I always wonder when they do the exercise with bad form for the "mistakes to avoid" part if there are ppl who walk by and shake their head thinking "man, that dude has terrible form on those reps" LOL

I do these one arm at a time with dumbbells. I essentially go until failure with a good heavy weight that I can achieve three sets of 10 with.

Doing this with dumbbells seems like it would fall and crush my tires due to lack of stability.

stand with your arms locked/dead straight at your sides (no elbow flare either). That way if your forearms fail & you possibly drop the weights they won't hit your feet.
