Whenever I measure C2, I necessarily need to use the blue cable on the bushing base flange, in the GST-gR configuration, with the red cable on the bushing power pin and applying 500 volts. If I don't do this, the DF and Capacitance values are very high. But you advise using only two cables (without using the blue cable). I find this strange, because, naturally, the losses, added together, up to the reading return, through the green cable (ground) of the device, are always, obviously, very high (because of all the capacitances involved).

I was forgetting to ask: in the past (with the NANSEN MEU-2500), we manually inverted the polarity to obtain an exact Ir reading (to calculate P in W). Does the Delta 400 currently still take TWO readings and take the average? Or does it read JUST ONE VALUE directly using a "Band Pass Filter"?

At low frequencies, due to the polarization of the dielectric, it is natural that the dissipation factor is higher. Ok. But how do you know if this value, as read, is still within an acceptable range?

The cellulose layer, in C2 of the bushing, causes a high power factor value. Is it because of THIS that, on the bushing plate, ONLY the capacitance of C2 appears? (Would the function of this cellulose be to "force the direct grounding of the capacitive tap, without depending on the grounding of C2" (while the cover of the capacitive tap remains closed)?

The power factor is measured from the delay, in milliseconds, between Ic and Ir? ... OR (as in the past) the Active and Reactive Power values are calculated from the values of It and Ir, to then calculate the cosine value of phi ? ... (and consider THIS RESULT as the tangent of delta).
