I’m about 7 weeks post ACL surgery squatting 135 leg pressing with weight just a plate 4 sets of 15 both movements and other movements that a squats. My knee feels fine some pain but the weakest part is my hamstring they grafted from there so it’s extremely weak the hardest part for me is learning to trust my hamstring again

Are you back to full strength now? Also, what grade was your tear?

I’m currently in week 14 of post acl reconstruction, is it possible to still get full hyperextension equal to my good leg? The difference is around 2 degrees
