This is Not how to photograph art. Use a tripod or something similar to hold the camera steady , and make sure its 90○ to the art, so its not distorted.

Like @tthomas184 said, this is so wrong. You have to have a tripod and align the back of the camera to the same angle as the artwork. Open shade is fine but watch for color shifting. If done in studio, rake the lights from both sides to provide absolutely even lighting across the artwork.

Thanks for sharing. Tripod is necessary when the light is low or the art is big and I personally do that with all my big art but small sketches and very small paintings don't always need the tripod shot outdoors on a bright , clear day . My pictures look best shot outdoors in an open shade. Yes, alignment is important and I do so with my camera. So it depends what you see or don't see in a very short video... The studio lighting is complicated for beginners to figure out and requires investment. Open shade and the set up here are free to use for anyone..

Not sure I understand your question but I put art on a clean white or light grey board, take pictures and then adjust the images in Photoshop. Hope it helps 🙀
