I’m been doing calisthenics since I was 13sh and I’m 16 now. And Ik I haven’t taken a pt but I think it prepared me for real life situation since I can Climb weird Objects fast with about 20kg of extra weight, Do 10 muscle ups 34ish Pull Ups 70lb Weighted Pull Ups for 5 Reps. And Good exercises for Real life Or Combat Training would be Deadlift, Squat, Weighted Lung On A Hill helps you Develop hiking, Weighted Dips are Good and I have to disagree with him for shoulders. Shoulders are important in my eyes for Throwing more power in to a punch and take downs do hold the person down. I don’t really Bench press anymore, just do Decline push ups.

However, I just got married in June. Hence, why I am looking into the reserves rather than active duty. I want to fulfill my dream of becoming a Marine, and still be able to be at home with my wife. If your running close to a 7:30 miles and banging out 20 pull ups. Go spec war, the marines are badass. But if you want to put rounds on target, it's the seals, rangers and berets, and pj/ air controller
@rollievancleave77536 жыл бұрын
Ever hear of Marine Raiders? They belong to the Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC) and operate under Special Operations Command (SOCOM) with seals, rangers, and pj's. Raiders are currently leading SOCOM operations in Afghanistan.

No. Anyone reading this, ignore this completely. Think about this. The drop rate for ranger school is 60% or so. THOSE ARE SOLDIERS DROPPING FROM RANGER SCHOOL. Recon has a drop rate around 70%... Here are reasons why, you're not a good looking guy and your muscle and physique is not impressive at all even though you think you are a badass. Please don't tell people how fit you are unless you really have a physique like a bodybuilder. You obviously have zero knowladges about the USMC since you are a rockie. You are not a very tall guy either. So, please do yourself a favor. Delete all your social media accounts and go back to study.
