Hi Nick, loved this video. My partner is Italian-Aussie (mum from Calabria, dad from Basilicata) and introduced me to prickly pear fruit. I can't deal with the seeds 😂 but the flavour is delicious. Works excellently in a smoothie once you filter out all the seeds. We are in Adelaide and they grow so well here. We have lots in pots, only one has fruited so far and that is a white flesh variety. Can I ask where you are in Australia? :) we thought QLD or NSW.
