Iam always use to eat garlic with vinegar from the shop..Once i tried to make at home.. It's became blue..I thought it was spoiled & i thrown it out..If it became blue no problem right ? Or how to make without becoming blue .. Please let me know 🙏🙏

im from Poland where we preserve a lot of things in vinegar for years. If you garlic turned out blue, it only means that u used mature garlic which had a lot of copper. This is totally normal and safe to eat.
