The33Secrets Matt, I’m a couple months away from turning 17 and I’ve really been trying to step up my game. I’ve been working out, researching the game, and always trying to better myself as much as possible. There is this one girl who I’ve known who is the very popular attractive girl who all of my friends “worship” and “idolize.” I started texting her and we have started talking much more over text (however I have to start the conversations but I also end it for the most part). Last weekend, we hanged out, caught up, and got ice cream (don’t worry we paid separately). The best part is that she was potentially flaking but I left her on opened and didn’t respond for a half hour and she started spamming me wanting to hang. We took a picture together and my friends immediately started going crazy because they place her so high on a pedestal. I want to hang out with her again but I don’t want to give away my intentions and my feelings (desperation is very unattractive). I’ve known her for many years so I have been in the friend zone for a long time (didn’t have feelings for her all along). I want to break free. I want to hang out again and start solidifying our relationship. How can I ask her to hang a second time without her detecting my attraction for her? Also, how can I get her to start conversations? Great video. The instant date can be very effective, but be careful not to keep it too logical and friendly. I made this mistake recently and ended up on a four hour instant date with a cute french girl. I fell into comfort quicksand as they say, and she friend zoned me hard. Keeping the instant dates short and maintaining the sense of mystery is a must. Only keep them long if you live nearby and are going for SDL!

Hello mat I joined your 7 month mastery and after i like your videos i joined the 8 ,9,10 month couching also . Don't worry my man, when you first try something new especially with young hotties it may feel hard at first, but the more you continue practicing those strategies, the easier it becomes over time and romantically bonding with them isn't as bad after all. Now there will always be instances where you hear "I'm not interested or "I have a boyfriend" without her having other guy friends besides him, the main thing to remember is that you did your job and there are billions of stunners wanting to go out with you to where you don't feel a necessity in settling for the 4's-7's or women 40+ anymore. You'll get there!!

First, you need to STOP pedastalizing attractive women. Second, you need to STOP worrying about doing the perfect approach. Give yourself permission to do an average approach. Don't put so much pressure on yourself....just approaching indirectly & asking for directions over & over will help "descensitize" you to their beauty. Third & most important....KEEP APPROACHING until you overcome these sticking points you're facing ( which are VERY COMMON ). You're going through a VERY COMMON pain period in learning how to approach beautiful women....ALL of us have gone through it. You just need to stick with it & keep going out & eventually it WILL go away & you WILL begin feeling more entitled to MORE attractive women ( 8's, 9's & 10's ). Cheers, M*

For most guys, it DOES decline b/c they're settling for older, less attractive women. For myself, my testosterone levels have remained HIGH b/c I've repeatedly dated younger, more attractive women.

Fat tissue increases estrogen levels in mens body and lowers testosterone levels. Just stay in shape, exercise, eat healthy and your libido will be still high.
