The ratio that you have shown is misleading. Not every nutrient is required in equal quantity. Unless you follow a specific diet like ketobor a diabetic diet, normal ratio should be 30% of protein and fat each, and rest through carb, which should include fiber as well.

Its wrong,you shouldn't eat simple carbs and trans fats more than 10%-20% of your total calorie intake whereas in your plate it constitutes almost 50% of the diet.Without farmented foods any diet is incomplete,so fermented foods should have a portion
