The lovely video I have ever seen and I would definitely like to follow them. I also take care of myself but it's very important to take care of oneself specially in the old age. Nowadays, Ithe children specially the sons do not care for their parents in their old age and betrayed them. I have 2 sons but I have no hope that they would look after me in my old age So I take care of myself from now onwards like doing exercises, taking food in proper time, and like to take organic fruits and vegetables .

Amla powder is available in Ayurvedic shops and online shopping. Amla powder can also be made at home. Take 250 gms amla or gooseberries. Cut them into small pieces and discard the seeds. Spread the pieces over a cloth in a plate and dry them in the sun for a few days until hard. Then grind them into a fine powder.

vitamin k2 is more important in preventing osteperosis and other bone problems than calcium

Nuts can be consumed soaked or unsoaked. However, nutrients like iron, protein,calcium, and zinc are better absorbed by the body when you soak nuts. Soaking also removes the phytic acid causes indigestion.
