I record myself talking about the subject for an hour or more. I then play it back on my studio monitors and use voice dictation in the Apple notes app on my iPad to write it out into a rough script. I then edit it in notes, then do the podcast with the finished script. I find If I just write a script, it sounds too speech like or robotic. So because it starts as me just talking, it sounds far more natural

That sounds like a good idea, I think I might try that myself.

Thank you for the instructional video on podcasting. It was very informative and I took something away that will help me in my writing and that is the illustration of the order in which to tell your story. Topic, Start, Middle, End. Thank you Sir, I will be using this technique in my future writing. Yes, I use a script for my intro and outro, however, since I Podcast 5 days a week I eventually memorized the script and sound normal after a few kickstarts. Thank You Sir.
