Yeah man normally ppl play it without the open string between, or they don't tell you that, no wonder it never sounded right... great lesson man!

@@crayzeewhorse I am a guitar beginner and has played it with a unmuted open string inbetween and it always sounded wrong. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do the mute, but atleast I know why my riffs sounds wrong.

So simple.... but so complicated at the same time!

Repeat the pattern at slow tempo first for multiple hours until it's completely ingrained in you! Then you can work on speed and it won't feel complicated! Good luck 👍

hey i know i’m late, but i’m new to guitar and i’m not sure how to set my amp to get this sound, what setting did you use?
@Pedrhard Жыл бұрын
Hey man! In this other video I give some tips on tone settings kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZoSan3p-nbyhmck If you're new and with just an amp maybe it won't be really clear, but the gist of it is that you can connect your guitar to your pc with an audio interface (like Audient for example). Then you open a software called reaper (digital audio workstation) to see/record/adjust your guitar signal, and you can add a plugin (for example from Neural DSP) which simulates amps and effects, so you will get a distorted sound. If not clear hit me up on IG @pedrhard and I can explain with an audio or chat.

I know I’m late but this intro is to fast for my picking hand and hard to play on beat do you have any tips ?
@Pedrhard Жыл бұрын
Hey) Have you tried practicing working only on the right hand pattern (as explained at 5:56 in this video)? The intro might be "too fast" for you now, but it doesn't mean you can't build up the speed over time! Set the metronome at low bpm, or don't even use it and focus on repeating perfectly the pattern of the right hand so that you ingrain in. If you want I'm available to give you some tips with a video call over skype on how to practice, so that you can learn how to play it clean at full speed! Send me a message on instagram @pedrhard or by mail pedrhard@gmail.com

It’s a Solar type S, however this was an early limited edition batch so you won’t find this exact model 6 strings with evertune bridge anymore. You can check out similar models on solar guitars website (here’s the link): www.solar-guitars.com/categorie-produit/type-s/
