I think ags scepter is crap on huskar, Huskar cant kill 1v1, enemy will usually just outrun you in team fight it doesnt really..... matter it replaces his 2second slow rather than adding onto it. so its not a 100% improvement its just a different effect on the ulti. overwhelming blink is better as you have a whole team slow and dmg. I only use the ulti AFTER entering into a fight, to catch a retreater/jump to a support/jump to someone on the edge of the battle to get out of a bad situation
