Keith Scott is seriously underrated. I am a huge huge fan of him. I started playing guitar listening to some these songs. Your lessons are taking this to a whole new level. Keep them coming. Thank you very much

Phenomenal melody player, his phrasing is perfect for that style of rock. I've heard Neal Schon of Journey and George Lynch from Dokken speak very highly of Keith, and others too.

It kinda sounded like you said'I just flipped you off with my middle finger' as you demonstrated the power f -chord, that was funny. I've never flipped anyone off in my life! Love your lessons, always comprehensible. Thanks. Best rock album of all time imo.

Ha ha....dude, you're awesome. Your tone, playing, explanations, pure gold! I like all the background and history you give. You seem like the kind of player I'd want to sit down and jam with, and talk guitar and rock history. I fancy myself a bit of a historian too. Keep up the good work, your channel is excellent!

Were you born with that amazing ear to discern nearly imperceptible recorded pitches and tones, or did you develop it? Aside from your skill as player and teacher your skill in interpreting recorded music is just as impressive. BTW I always loved this song, Mr Adams and Ms Turner tore it up on this one. Thanks for posting the lesson.

@@ShutupAndPlayGuitarTutorials What is with these people? They clicked on YOUR video where you sacrificed your valuable time and energy to prepare and produce a professional-grade guitar lesson for FREE! I wish these ingrates would show some respect and appreciation. We are damn lucky to access guitar lessons online at any time anywhere--our fathers had to learn the hard way! As a teacher myself (but primarily still a student, and admittedly a critical one, too), you, sir, are doing just fine in your presentations. I am honestly shocked at seeing the complaints about you "talking too much" because I wholeheartedly disagree. Thank you, Maestro, for graciously, generously, and coherently sharing your skills and knowledge with us. I hope you continue to do so. Rock on!

I prefer playing this song like this: x46xxx x24xxx 466444 577455 /4 /2 /4 (like the second chord slide thing) 022100 and end up with this open E There's a lot of muting going on, and ending with that open E gives a real good vibe on an acoustic. I don't like landing on that F. And I like the powerchord vibe of the first two chords, you can really put some attack into it. That's just how I figured it out by ear. It's just in another key.
