Dealer at bottom could pick up 5 hearts play 5678 hearts and use joker for 6 clubs and 5678 clubs played. This is well over 51 meld. Ate you saying initial meld must be only 1 run at 51 pts, it can't be two diff suits in runs totaling 51? Confused as you didn't say 1 run only of 51 pts needed

With respect, you can't have two 3 of Spades in a meld. All cards must be of a different suit if the meld is made up of same value cards.😊
