One key thing is that you should never be alone in a kranvagn. Once you lose that clip, every tank in tier X will out dpm you, period. In such a scenario, any tank will rush you, if you’re fighting against group, you will die. This tank is notoriously tricky in that you don’t have the mobility to escape such a scenario, so you have to fight against single targets or have backup from your teammates. On the other hand, you can be very intimidating once you have backup. The Kran is all about mind games against the enemy, to appear strong when you are weak, and weak when you are strong kinda tank.

if you need help in the most op pay to win tank in the game than you should probably practice playing in bad tanks. my logic is once you get good in bad tanks that have no armor and bad statistics you will be all that much better in the good tanks.

Kranvagn is a tricky tank, you also have to be careful not to expose your sides or rear to derp guns, especially if you're using the HP buff. With the E100, the sides of the hull, turret, and also the rear (but that's pennable for pretty much every tank) can be penned with HE. I love the reaction of players when they think their track covers everything and their armor is thick and then suddenly they lose 900HP or even more. Once they called me a hacker because of that lmao

Wargambling is testing a nerf to HE shells that'll make tanks like T95/FV4201 Chieftain and Obj 279(e) even more OP as 60tp, E-100 and other big caliber tanks, and yes, FV215b 183 and trashbarn HESH shells will become so awfully trash and useless that it'll make it pointless to grind big caliber guns with bad pen. It is on a sandbox test server for WoT PC. Tbh, I hope people won't cry so much about being HE spammed. It's not that shit of a mechanic. Especially when you have to deal with OP hull down tanks. Imo.

@@hisroyalfatness is that where the hatch is? because they never full pen me they just splash for 200-300 but it hits so many times and the tank is so slow and fat it just dies before it can get back down. needs a hp buff imo or some anti he buff in the equipment like some tanks get (in the slot that makes things more durable "slot 2" in the first row and not the one that gives them less chance to get hit.) I think it is something like 10% less damage from he from guns above 130 cali.

I would say it’s similar to an STB, but you have way more mobility. Take advantage of that. Otherwise it’s a hull down medium tank.

There is crew skill called precision fire which gives you a chance to max roll, basically when you shoot hit and pen a target 3 times in a row something like little orange circle will appear down on HP bar, and when you shoot hit and pen you get a chance of max roll

As stated by the comment above, it’s a crew skill that improves the chance of max rolling by 35% if maxed out. Definitely recommend unlocking this skill by playing maxed out LTs.
