Playing Lorian to character is a deathtrap for most enemies. To be able to hit you while you're prone, they have to be within 5ft or suffer disadvantage in the roll. And sure, they'd have advantage on you at melee range, but you're a paladin with a champion dip, I'm sure anyone would be scared to engage you at melee range

A character pair I've always wanted to try with a friend for like a one-shot or some other short-term game is a tanky Centaur bodyguard and a small sized ranged and/or support character they're protecting that rides on their back. These builds may be a big help to figuring those builds out.

Solid builds this past month Tulok! Catching up on these now and just thought I’d mention that the Magic Missile+Spirit Shroud thing technically doesn’t work by RAW for what I know is your very favorite reason of all time - Crawford said so. Since Magic Missile doesn’t make an attack roll, it can’t benefit from spells like Hex or Spirit Shroud. That being said, still love these builds either way! Thanks for all the effort you (and Mason) put in to create such great content for us.

I know I'm still a bit behind so these videos were a while ago. But I LOVED these double videos. I enjoyed how they were paired together during every one. Usually an actual team from whatever source or sometimes enemies or rivals. It was awesome. Would it be possible to get just one of these each month? Like the first or last video of each month be a double length two build video? Or even if one week of a month (two builds per week right? Again I haven't caught up current yet) having a theme to it. I know ahead in my catching up stint there's a bunch of Sailor Scouts coming back to back. But idk why that was. Lol. But having just a couple videos in succession that are actually linked would be nice. If not then a single (or more) double build video per month would also be amazing. Great show dude. I've been listening and getting so many DnD ideas while I'm working that it is unreal. Even when it's builds that I'm totally clueless about I still tend to walk away from the video with at least one combo that I had not considered until hearing it. So yeah. I'm down for everything. Even if it's stuff I've never even heard of before

So I completely understand your build and understand why you did it, and it's very good and I love it. But hear me out. Zealot Barbarian Lothric, Coffelock Lorian. No material cost for resurrection, infinite spell slots to revive. Doing this as a dm would be bullying.

I've seen people on youtube arguing against using haste, in particular a character who expects to get hit casting haste on himself. Worst case scenario, you invest resources into letting an opponent waste you a turn.
