Im not seeing any of my games & when I try to change the directory to the Q drive using the internal storage method, it just crashes my the XbsX2 app completely. Any help?

@@ConsoleLoop No worries man. I actually remember using your method sometime last year and it was working flawlessly, so I’m guessing it just has something to do with the newer release of XBSBX2 being buggy, because I ended up installing AetherSX2 instead and that 1 is running just fine lol

There are ways to get these apps on the retail side of Xbox without dev mode but since they're against Microsoft's terms of service they get removed weekly so I won't be posting links or making a video on those options.

Okay the problem I've been having is you can't store files or games over 4 GB in size on a xfat /fat32 partition USB so I can get smaller games to play no problem from a USB drive but will the Xbox recognize NTFS no one's letting me know and I don't want to set this whole thing up just to find out it don't work I'm just trying to find out the answer or is there a way to put larger games on the internal drive I don't know I need some help with this

We tested God of War on our channel and it is a 8GB game. NTFS is the format I recommend everyone use on Xbox.

I don't know about those specific games but usually ghosting is caused by playing at a higher than native resolution. I would read the PCSX2 wiki on those specific games to see if anyone has written any hardware fixes you can apply to fix the issues you're seeing.

To use emulators, you have to switch from retail mode to developer mode. All of your normal games remain installed to the Xbox, but you will have to switch back to retail mode to access them.

This is the error message “ this app packages publisher certificate could not be verified contact your system administrator all the app developer to obtain a new package with verified certificates. The route certificate and all immediate certificates of the signature in the app package must be verified (0x800B010A)”

Microsoft claimed it was by accident last time I heard about that story. Personally it's never happened to my account and I have had dev mode since it started on Xbox One.

I tried following another KZbinrs video and couldn’t get it to run I have the emulator installed and dev mode activated should I start at the ssd section and redo the ssd format and try from there. I’m really wanting to play ps2 games again but been struggling with this emulator. Or would retroarch be simpler I’m fine with it possibly running at lower fps if it is easier.

In my experience USB drives usually only get hot when writing a lot of data.

I just got a Series S, and I'm looking into these emulators. Do PS2/PSX games run at decent speed when booting them from an USB drive? I want to keep the internal SSD for Xbox games only (because I'm sure the games optimized for the console will devour the SSD), and use an external hard drive for the emulator ISOS.

The problem with internal storage is there's a glitch that can occur where FTP apps can't access the internal storage. I've read that deleting dev mode or uninstalling apps might fix the issue, but I haven't tested it myself. (I have this glitch by the way.) If I can figure out a fix, then I will make a tutorial about it.

What do you mean you have no files? Are you trying to access a folder on the internal drive or are you not able to access your USB drive?

@@markn9619 If it's not widescreen or interlacing fixes it goes in the cheats folder and you enable cheats in the settings. I know for 60fps patches it does pop up on the screen if its found a cheat.

I have the emulator installed on dev mode and have a formatted ssd dark cloud shows up in the games section but won’t run. Do you know what likely went wrong? I’m on Mac using parallels.
