How to Play Rummikub

You can use 2 decks of Playing Cards (With only 2 Jokers in it) where A=1; J=11; Q=12; K=13. Groups are 3 or 4 cards of the same rank with different suits, while Runs are 3 or more cards of the same suit in consecutive ranks without duplicates.

In the demo it was shown 3. 11 with a rummy making it 4 11 Can you not take the rummy and then add it to make a run with two other tiles from my hand

What happens when the person is taking their turn, but they can't find a valid solution? What if they can't remember all the transactions they made along the way? I made a rule that when that happens, the player must keep all the tiles they couldn't place, and then take an EXTRA PENULTY tile for each tile they couldn't place. Is there a pre-written rule for this situation?

Why do you pronounce it 'rummycube'? There is no 'e' after the b in 'Rummikub', nor is it played with cubes.
