John had the habit of strumming really close to the bridge so try that if you want it to sound even better

Robinson Crusoe where you strum doesn’t really make a difference. It’s just wherever you feel most comfortable

one easy change that I find really works good with this one instead of an E minor go to an E minor 7 and then the instead an A major go to an A7 for the turnaround. try it and see. you're only adding one extra finger to the Eminor and removing one finger for the A7

Yes. They used a capo on this song themselves. George often used the Capo, Here comes the sun is capo’d at the 7th fret.

Gripping the receiver, I raised my heads and turned to see what lay beyond the phone box. Where was I now? I had no idea. No idea at all. Where was this place? All that flashed into my eyes were the countless shapes of people walking by to nowhere. Again and again I called out for Midori from the dead centre of this place that was no place.

Great lesson, but I have one question. Where you leave the pinky at 4:30, and do the strum, does it have to stay there? When I leave it, my pinky mutes the G string. It doesn't look like you strum the D string anyway, or am I wrong about that? Maybe I can just remove the pinky before the strum?
@MrVhutchinson3 жыл бұрын
When transitioning from the chorus back to the verse do you go to the D with the DDUDU pattern or start right into the hammer on the G chord ?

any capo will work.👌👍 but for a beginner🤔 make sure it's for an acoustic guitar if you're playing acoustic, if you're playing an electric make sure you get an electric capo.. 🤔 yes there are differences😉 what I recommend simply is the Keyser quick release💃🕺✌️🍻 cheers happy playing😎🎶🎸🎤

Glad you’re enjoying the videos, I do appreciate the positive feedback. That said, I do my best to create something useful for aspiring players but in return receive countless comments insulting my accent, tone of voice, even my appearance each and every day... each of these goes straight to my phone and into my brain. So, maybe next time focus on the positive and keep potentially hurtful comments to yourself. I read all my comments and respond because I like helping people... having to deal with pointless and superficial insults makes this work unenjoyable. -Rob
