Your nose is completely shut, you need a surgery. I had that also, they removed polypes and made a small correction of the nasal septum, it gave me back that much live quality, i can taste and smell much better and sleep is better also. The surgery is not a biggy, they made it ambulant and i went home 2 hours later. Think about it mate, i ran around for ages with my locked nose and it was for nothing.
