I did cook my chicken following your instructions with just small differences. I cooked it for longer as it was a very large chicken, a few of my spices were different and i used my strained veg stock for the cooking liquid. I’m going to love using the finished liquid for other uses. I do like your method and will follow it to the last detail next time. I still think yours is the best method.

Hi! Is there also an internal temperature that is ideal when we are checking for doneness on top of juice test?
