I used Dr Downpipe liquid with scotchbrite pad, followed by Autosol with scotchbrite and a rag, will try wire wool next time. I have an identical gsx with black widow down pipes, so obviously I will subscribe to this 🙂

Hello, I'm not sure if theses headers were aftermarket or not, the technique was borrowed of another youtuber, I no longer have the bike. It was a dry weather only bike so they stayed clean for quite a while 😀

Restore & Revive You Tube channel is one you need to check out.....he has a great cleaning/finishing system for your front forks and more. Easy to do and comes up better than new....I thought I'd pass that on as I enjoyed watching you polish your pipe's. I have spent many hours doing the same on my monster drum kit...

Sand paper is good but only in stainless steel collector. Don't do this on chrome collector !
