I've had my fair share in the mud too and I applaud you roding technique, thank you for not chopping the living hell out of that concrete, other companies we've worked with aren't able to pull it more than a foot of mud at a time.

I use a spin screed weekly. I made the same mistake the first time also. Now i alway have the motor on the right side. Even put together tight it can spin out. Nice looking pour

Hi from rainy SW Scotland Mike, persist with your Spin Screed, it is a very use full tool, get on the website and follow the instructions, I have had one for 4 years and wouldn't be without it Like the different techniques you use, and follow this very closely Not a lot of domestic concrete paving in this country, but I have done a lot of commercial work over 50 years Kind regards David
