hi! do you guys have any tips or techniques for latte art with skim milk? i froth it the same as i do with full cream milk which always turns out perfect, however my skim milk froth always pours out chunky and separated

Yes the skim has a higher sugar content, and if we are talking about zero fat then it’s the hardest. So best not to let it sit as you would do with normal full cream. Double jug the milk and ideally a cooler temp. Cheers luke
